He is now responsible for the administrative duties of the agency and covers selective accounts. He began his marine career with Spartan Plastics International as the national sales manager in 1978. Hannig and his family reside in Holt, Michigan.

Michael Douglass joined the partnership in 1995. He started as an agent in 1990, responsible for OEM and after-market accounts in Illinois and Wisconsin. He served as a national sales manager of Nautical Rubber, Inc. prior to joining SGL Sales & Marketing. Douglass and his family reside in Norwalk, Ohio.

Ted Wierzba is responsible for OEM clients and select after-market accounts. Wierzba worked in sales for Vita-Plate Battery Inc. from 1972 to 1982. He has been a charter boat captain on Lake Erie for the past 25 years. Wierzba also owns Danbury Hardware in Marblehead, Ohio, which is run by his wife, Jill, and daughter, Vicki. They currently reside in Port Clinton, Ohio.

Currently, Loughman and his family reside in Elkhart, Indiana.
